GMRT Science Exhibition 2026 on the occasion of National Science Day at GMRT Khodad. 25-02-2026

Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT) is the world’s largest Radio telescope in its kind. The telescope was set up by National Centre for Radio Astrophysics (NCRA), Pune under Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. GMRT is located at Khodad, near Narayangaon (80 kms. North of Pune, on Pune-Nasik highway). GMRT also plays a major role in science popularization in rural area.
