The National Centre for Radio Astrophysics, Pune of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research is located inside the Pune University Campus and operates the Ooty Radio Telescope and the Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope which is the world’s largest radio telescope at metre wavelengths. NCRA is on the lookout for suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:

Minimum Qualification: BE/B.Tech. degree in Electronics/Communication/ Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years in design, development, testing of analog/digital circuits, RF Electronics and fiber optic communication systems.
Job Requirements: He/She will assist in the design, development and testing of high-frequency analog and digital electronics circuits and fiber optics for GMRT receiver system upgrade.
Age: Below 31 Years (after relaxation)

Note: Project Appointments are temporary to be renewed each year based on performance review, upto a maximum period of 3 years in case of project continuance. Age and experience will be reckoned as on 1st July 2015. Last date for receipt of the applications is 15 Sep 2015. TME: Total Monthly Emoluments.
