The National Centre for Radio Astrophysics, Pune [NCRA] of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research [TIFR] (an autonomous institute under the umbrella of the Department of Atomic Energy of the Government of India) is an internationally reputed research institute. NCRA–TIFR has set up two radio telescopes, viz., the Ooty Radio Telescope (ORT) and the Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT). The ORT is run by the Radio Astronomy Centre (RAC), Ooty, NCRA-TIFR is on the lookout for suitably qualified candidates for the following positions at its Radio Astronomy Centre at Ooty.

Essential Qualifications :i) Graduate with 50% marks, (ii) Knowledge of typing and use of personal computers and applications. (iii) Candidate with better typing skills will be given preference.
Desirable Qualification :i) State recognized certificate course in computers or equivalent (ii) Drafting skills in English is highly desirable.
Experience : One year experience as a Clerk in administrative matters and correspondence in large and reputed organization.
Age: Below 33 years (after relaxation).

Essential Qualification : (1) Bachelor Degree from a recognized university (2) Knowledge of use of personal computers and applications (3) Typing speed of more than 35 wpm OR equivalent proficiency of 10500 KDPH on computers.
Nature of Training : Training in the area of Accounts, General Administration, HR and Purchase. No absorption after training.
Age: Below 28 years.
