Antenna availability during GTAC Cycle 21

Due to increasing need for various urgent maintenance activities such as upkeep of the mechanical structure of the antennas, antenna painting and the activities related to the GMRT upgrade, observatory many not be able to maintain the availability of minimum 27 antennas, which is specified in the GMRT-specs document "The GMRT : System Parameters and Current Status". Consequently, for Cycle 21, the best efforts will be made to make 26 antennas available. - 29 June 2011.
