gvfits, listscan

The programmes, listscan and gvfits which are used to convert lta files to FITS format and the Lute suite of programmes ie ltahdr, ltasel etc. have been updated to handle both the hardware and software correlator data. These programmes can be accessed from any computer. No separate conversion programmes are now required for the GSB. (Based on input from Jayaram Chengalur).
