'Diffstop' no longer required for GMRT data

"The time error of +2s which was causing a phase ramp in the interferometric data has been corrected during the maintenance break in April 2009. Users to note that there is no need to run the programme 'diffstop' on the lta data which has been acquired since 30 April 2009 ie the start of GMRT Observing Cycle 16.'
