Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is a legislative act in India that seeks to protect women from sexual harassment at their place of work.

This law mandates every employer to set up an Internal Committee (IC) at each office or branch with 10 or more employees to hear and redress grievances pertaining to sexual harassment.
