In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, NCRA-TIFR has set up an Internal Committee committed to enabling women to pursue their work with dignity and confidence.
The committee aims to maintain a safe workplace, harmonious atmosphere, and raise awareness on gender equality issues across all NCRA-TIFR campuses in Pune, Khodad, and Ooty.

The NCRA-TIFR Internal Committee emphasizes protection against sexual harassment. In addition, the Committee will also engage in organizing various activities promoting gender equality and gender amity.
