This ETC allows the users to assume coherent dedispersion and to manually enter
scatter-broadening timescale. The assumed scatter broadening should be justified
in the technical justification.
Users are advised to run the ETC on the Firefox or Chrome browsers. Problems
have been noticed on some versions of Safari.
