14. Details in respect of the information, available to or held by it, reduced in an electronic form

• The Institute is in the process of computerizing its records and this activity has been taken up in earnest in the recent past. A separate Cell called the Electronics Data Processing (EDP Cell), has been set up for this process. As of now, the following records are available in electronic format:
• Pay details of staff
• Budgetary allocations under various Plan and non-Plan heads
• Rules and Bye of the Institute
• Details of staff
• Leave Records of Staff
• A searchable telephone directory
