employees, including the system of compensation as provided in its
regulations

for its working come from the Government of India through the Department
of Atomic Energy which is our nodal ministry. Therefore, the salary and
allowances admissible to staff members follow the norms laid down by the
Government of India and as decided by the Council of Management of TIFR
