Trek Checklist

  1. Clothes
    1. 4 Tshirts
    2. 2 pairs of jeans/trousers
    3. 4 Handkerchiefs
    4. 5 Underwear
    5. 2 pairs of socks
    6. Towel
  2. Summer Cap
  3. Money: Carry about 50 % more than you think you will need.
  4. Water bottle: at least 1.5 liter
  5. Toiletry: Soap for bathing and washing, Shaving kit etc.
  6. Toothbrush/Toothpaste
  7. Spoon/Plate/Mug
  8. Karrimat or Bedsheet
  9. Tent
  10. Sleeping Bag
  11. Leech Guards
  12. Camera equipment and film
  13. Small Torch with spare cells
  14. Swiss Knife
  15. Train tickets and timetable
  16. Travel permits
  17. Pen/Notebook
  18. Canvas shoes with good soles
  19. Spare shoe laces
  20. Slippers/Chappals
  21. Identity Card
  22. Emergency contact addresses and phone numbers
  23. Personal Medicine: for any uncommon ailment that you may have.
