I am an astrophysicist working at the National Centre for Radio Astrophysics (NCRA) of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Pune. I completed my Ph. D. at the Raman Research Institute, Bangalore. I worked as a Post Doctoral Fellow for a few months at the Inter University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics, Pune. From there I went on to work as a Post Doctoral Research Associate jointly at the Instituto di Radioastronomia and the University of Bologna from 2012 - 2014. After this I worked as a Post Doctoral Visiting scientist at NCRA until 2015. I was then hosted at NCRA as a DST-INSPIRE Faculty Fellow from 2015 - 2020. Currently I am Associate Professor G at NCRA. My research interests are in studying non-thermal phenomena in clusters of galaxies, evolution of radio galaxies and radio astronomy techniques.
