 ASI Accommodation

NCRA has arranged special rates from various hotels (listed below) for the ASI meeting. The special rates are applicable during 15 –21 February 2015.

Accommodation for people with full accommodation support:

For participants who have been given full accommodation support, LOC will book the  accommodation and inform the participants their place of stay in advance. Please note that the accommodation support is from 16th February till the check-out time of place of stay on 20th February.  If, participants who have been given full accommodation support are arriving on 15th evening, for attending satellite meeting, their place of stay will be same, but the accommodation charges for this extra stay should be paid by the individual or the organisers of the respective meeting.

Accommodation for people with partial accommodation support:

For participants who have been given partial support towards accommodation, LOC will disperse the support amount to the participants during the meeting. They should book their accommodation from the list of hotels provided on the web page in the hotel of their choice.

To avail the special ASI rates, please book the accommodation through contact details provided below. Please do not forget to mention that you are booking the room for ASI meeting.

NCRA will pick up the ASI participants from these hotels. However, if you wish to book your accommodation in hotels other than the ones listed below, you will have to arrange  your own transport.

The rates are inclusive of all taxes. Breakfast not included, arrangement for breakfast will be made at NCRA.

No pick up/drop arrangements will be made from airport/railway station/bus stand to the place of stay. However, one help desk will be provided at Pune Railway station, near the main exit in PF no. 1, to guide participants. The help desk will be available on 15th February from 1500 hours till 2200 hours and on 16th February morning from 7 am till 9 pm.
