नोट/सामान्य निर्देश/NOTE/GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. वर्तमान में उल्लिखित मुख्यालय (HQ) केवल जानकारी के लिए है। ऊपर दिए गए सभी पद एनसीआरए के विभिन्न कैंपस (पुणे, खोडद और ऊटी) में ट्रांसफरेबल हैं। HQ mentioned is for the present. All the above posts are transferable within NCRA campuses i.e. Pune, Khodad & Ooty.
2. उम्मीदवारों को शिफ्ट में, कार्यालय समय के बाहर, तथा शनिवार, रविवार और अवकाशों पर भी काम करना पड़ सकता है, केंद्र की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार।Candidates will be required to work in shifts/ beyond office hours and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, as per the exigencies of the Centre.
3. संस्थान को यह अधिकार है कि भर्ती प्रक्रिया के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवारों की संख्या को योग्यता और अनुभव के आधार पर सीमित किया जा सके।The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for the recruitment process to a reasonable limit on the basis of the qualifications and experience prescribed in the advertisement.
4. केवल आवश्यक और वांछनीय योग्यता पूरी करने मात्र से उम्मीदवार को भर्ती प्रक्रिया के लिए बुलाया जाना अनिवार्य नहीं है। संस्थान को यह अधिकार है कि किसी भी पद को खाली न रखे। किसी भी प्रकार की सिफारिश/प्रचार (canvassing) उम्मीदवार को अयोग्य कर देगी। Mere fulfilling the essential and desirable qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for the recruitment process.  The Institute reserves the right not to fill the post (any or all) herein advertised.  Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate.

अंतिम तिथि /LAST DATE:

1. आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 20 मार्च 2026 है। आयु, योग्यता और अनुभव 1 जनवरी 2026 को मान्य होंगे। Last date for receipt of the applications is 20 March 2026. Age, Qualification & experience will be reckoned as on 1 Jan 2026.

2. जो ऑनलाइन आवेदन नहीं कर सकते, वे निर्धारित प्रारूप में हार्ड कॉपी भरकर, बंद लिफाफे में “पद का नाम” लिखकर, निम्नलिखित पते पर भेज सकते हैं: प्रशासनिक अधिकारी-डी (स्थापना), एनसीआरए-टीआईएफआर, पोस्ट बैग 3, गणेशखिंड, सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विश्वविद्यालय परिसर, पुणे 411007. Those who cannot apply online, can submit hard copy in the prescribed format, in a sealed cover super-scribing the post applied for on the envelope and forward to the Administrative Officer-D (Establishment), NCRA-TIFR, Post Bag 3, Ganeshkhind, Savitribai Phule Pune University Campus, Pune 411007.
3. अंतिम तिथि के बाद प्राप्त ऑनलाइन/पोस्ट द्वारा आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।Applications received online/by post after the last date will not be considered.

चयन प्रक्रिया/SELECTION PROCEDURE:

1. यदि पात्र आवेदनों की संख्या अधिक होती है, तो केंद्र लिखित परीक्षा के लिए उम्मीदवारों की संख्या सीमित करेगा। इसके लिए अतिरिक्त मानदंड लागू किए जाएंगे, जैसे— मूल शैक्षणिक योग्यता में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर मेरिट सूची, अनुभव के वर्षों की संख्या आदि, तथा प्रत्येक पद के लिए भर्ती प्रयोजनार्थ उचित संख्या में उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाएगा। If the eligible number of applications are large, the Centre will restrict the number of candidates for written tests by applying additional parameters like merit list of the applicants based on the marks in the basic qualification, number of years of experience and select reasonable number of candidates for each post for recruitment purpose.
2. आवश्यकता पड़ने पर, प्राथमिक मेरिट सूची तैयार करने के लिए केंद्र एक से अधिक लिखित परीक्षा, ऑनलाइन परीक्षा एवं/या कौशल परीक्षा आयोजित कर सकता है।If found necessary, centre will conduct more than one written test, online test, skill test, for making a primary merit list.
3. यह मेरिट सूची चयन सूची नहीं है। इस मेरिट सूची का उपयोग अंतिम लिखित परीक्षा, ऑनलाइन साक्षात्कार आदि (जहाँ आवश्यक हो) के लिए उम्मीदवारों की आगे की शॉर्टलिस्टिंग हेतु किया जाएगा। This merit list is not a selection list. This merit list will be used to further shortlisting of the candidates for final written tests, online interviews, wherever required.
4. चयन समिति द्वारा तैयार की गई अंतिम सूची में सर्वाधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवार को, यदि वह अन्य सभी दृष्टियों से उपयुक्त पाया जाता है, चयन हेतु विचार किया जाएगा।Top scorer from the final list made by the Selection Committee will be considered for selection if the candidate is otherwise suitable.
